- Configuration allows for more options when fitting smaller breeds. The collar is 22-inches long and can be cut with a scissors to customize the length you choose. The contact points are approximately 20% closer to one another and the collar can be turned 90 degrees on the strap for a "fore and aft" position, rather than having the points going around the neck.
